Returns & Exchange Policy

At D’s Diary, each piece is carefully checked and packed before being shipped. As our collections are ready-stock and limited in quantity, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour or styling preference, or fit.

We kindly recommend reviewing our size chart and contacting us before placing your order if you require sizing assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or video of the issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Each case will be carefully reviewed. If the issue is confirmed, we will advise you on the appropriate resolution.

Non-Eligible Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, exposed to strong fragrances, or returned without prior approval.
