Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 business days
• East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, peak seasons or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Information

All orders are delivered via courier. Self-collection and Lalamove delivery are not available. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.
